Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish with professional proficiency in English
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading teams
- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content development, or domain-focused projects
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to evaluate work for logical soundness and accuracy
- Excellent communicator — able to give clear, constructive feedback and collaborate across teams
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with creative and lateral thinking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
- No prior AI experience required

What if your business expertise and leadership skills could directly shape how AI understands finance, strategy, and economics? We're looking for experienced, Spanish-speaking Business Analysts to lead a team creating high-quality business content that trains cutting-edge AI models.
This is a remote, flexible contract role that combines people management, domain expertise, and meaningful contribution to one of the most impactful fields in technology. No prior AI experience required.
- Organization: Alignerr - Type: Hourly Contract - Location: Remote - Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
