Czech Language Expert (AI Training)
About the Role
We're looking for Czech language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Czech-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Czech — making a real impact on a language that deserves to be represented accurately and authentically in the next generation of AI technology.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to native and near-native Czech speakers. No prior AI experience required.

What You'll Do

* Review AI-generated Czech translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness * Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, or cultural issues * Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Czech * Provide structured feedback on linguistic and cultural quality * Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
* Native or near-native fluency in Czech * Strong written communication skills in both Czech and English * Solid command of contemporary Czech usage across different contexts and registers * Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale * Attention to detail and consistency * No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
* Experience in translation, localization, editing, or linguistics * Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows * Academic or professional background in Czech language, literature, or a related field
