What you'll do
- Design and build realistic, high-quality infrastructure and automation challenges that rigorously test AI model capabilities
- Review and refine existing DevOps scenarios for technical accuracy, depth, and clarity
- Write and evaluate Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
- Architect cloud-based infrastructure scenarios across AWS, GCP, or Azure — covering networking, IAM, VPCs, and resource policies

- Develop CI/CD pipeline challenges using tools like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or equivalent
- Create and assess containerized and orchestrated workloads with Docker and Kubernetes
- Document your technical reasoning, design decisions, and evaluation rationale clearly and concisely
Candidate background
Who You Are
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles
- Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code — Terraform strongly preferred; Pulumi or AWS CloudFormation also valued
- Proficient with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP accepted)
- Strong command of containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, IAM, VPCs, security groups, and resource policies
- Experienced writing modular, DRY IaC with responsible state management practices
- Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Strong written communication skills in English — you can explain complex systems clearly

About the Role
What if your hard-won DevOps expertise could directly shape how AI understands and reasons about cloud infrastructure? We're looking for experienced DevOps and Infrastructure as Code engineers to design, evaluate, and refine complex infrastructure challenges — helping train and benchmark the AI systems that top labs and Fortune 500 teams rely on.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. If you live and breathe Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud architecture, this is a rare opportunity to put that knowledge to work in a genuinely high-impact way.

What You'll Do
