Responsibilities - Write detailed grading rubrics for assignments, essays, problem sets, and multi-step reasoning tasks - Produce exemplar student responses at multiple proficiency levels, with structured feedback - Draft short research briefs explaining common misconceptions, cognitive scaffolds, and pedagogical strategies - Create instructional materials: guided inquiry sequences, reading comprehension tasks, problem-solving breakdowns, and more - Evaluate model outputs and flag issues with reasoning, structure, clarity, or pedagogy

Required qualifications - Strong understanding of rubric design, assessment standards, and high school-level pedagogy - 2+ years teaching, tutoring, or curriculum development at the high school level - Experience evaluating student work and articulating reasoning-based feedback - Interest in supporting the development of next-generation AI educational tools

Preferred qualifications - Experience with AP/IB curriculum design or standards alignment - Degree in Education, English, Math, Science, History, or a related fiel - Background in instructional design, literacy development, or competition coaching (debate, math, writing)
