Who You Are
- Deep Python expertise — you've written production-level Python and it shows
- 3–5+ years of professional backend development experience
- Solid command of modern Python frameworks including Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Strong grasp of advanced language features, design patterns, and software architecture principles
- Exceptional written communication skills — you can explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
- Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience

Backend Python Developer (AI Training)
About the Role

We're looking for experienced Backend Python Developers to work alongside the world's leading AI research labs — evaluating AI-generated code, building complex algorithmic challenges, and helping push the boundaries of what AI can do.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for seasoned Python engineers who want to put their skills to work on something genuinely cutting-edge.
- Organization: Alignerr - Type: Hourly Contract - Location: Remote - Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
