About the Role
We're looking for Italian language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Italian-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Italian — making a real impact on one of the world's most beloved languages.

* Review AI-generated Italian translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness * Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, grammatical issues, or cultural mismatches * Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Italian * Provide structured feedback on linguistic quality * Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
* Native or near-native fluency in Italian * Strong written communication skills in both Italian and English * Solid understanding of contemporary Italian usage and cultural nuance * Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale * Attention to detail and consistency * No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
* Experience in translation, localization, or editing * Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows
