We are recruiting engineers to help build a public, open-source cookbook of AI agent workflows. You will participate in a short intro call to discuss your experience building with AI agents and explore potential contributions.
What We're Researching
We're hiring AI engineers to help shape a public, open-source GitHub cookbook from the ground up. This repository will showcase working examples of how developers can build AI agents that recruit, interview, and manage human workers. Your expertise will guide developers in creating robust pipelines for data annotation, QA testing, and task review. How It Works
You will start by booking a short remote video call with our team. During this conversation, we will discuss your background in building AI agents and review your technical experience. We will then explore how you might contribute working examples to the cookbook repository. After the call, we will share a detailed proposal outlining potential ways you can collaborate on the project. Who This Is For
We welcome software engineers, AI developers, and technical founders who actively build with AI agents. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing agentic workflows, integrating APIs, or managing human-in-the-loop systems. We welcome AI researchers, backend engineers, full-stack developers, and open-source contributors with relevant technical backgrounds.
What you would do
• Participate in a remote intro call to discuss your technical background.
• Share your experience building workflows with AI agents.
• Discuss potential ideas for open-source agent cookbook examples.
• Review a follow-up proposal for repository contributions.
Who this is for
• Active software engineer, AI developer, or technical founder.
• Hands-on experience building tools or workflows with AI agents.
• Comfortable discussing technical architecture on a video call.
• Interested in open-source contributions and collaborative repositories.
