Healthcare AI Call QA Labeler – Central American Spanish
About the Role
What if your fluency in Central American Spanish and your understanding of real healthcare conversations could directly shape how AI assistants interact with patients? We're looking for thorough QA labelers in the Houston area — one of the largest Central American diaspora communities in the US — to evaluate and annotate AI healthcare call transcripts in Central American Spanish.
This means assessing the nuanced reality of healthcare communication as spoken in Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador: identifying where the AI handles patient concerns appropriately, where audio quality affects understanding (coughs, mumbles, whispers), how the AI manages scheduling and patient education, and whether responses align with care protocols. If you have a sharp ear for Central American Spanish nuance and the patience to evaluate every interaction carefully, this role is for you.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just native or near-native Central American Spanish fluency, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow detailed evaluation guidelines.
