About the Role
In this role, you will participate in 15-minute recorded conversations with another person. Each conversation is unscripted and based on a topic you choose together.
For example, some topics you will talk about may look like: - A personal experience that shaped your perspective - A hobby or interest you've spent time exploring - A challenge you've faced at work or in daily life - Something you've changed your mind about over time
The focus is on having a clear, natural conversation: listening, responding, and building on each other's thoughts.
This is a fully remote, freelance position that offers complete flexibility in when and how much you work. We are currently looking for individuals based in the United States and Canada.
Compensation - $17.50 per recorded hour - Additional performance-based incentives may be available

About You - Fluent in Italian with clear speech - Comfortable talking to new people - Reliable and able to follow guidelines - Able to maintain stable audio quality throughout recordings
Technical Requirements - Laptop or desktop computer (tablets and phones not supported) - External or USB microphone preferred for clear, natural audio - Stable internet connection capable of supporting smooth calls

Rates are determined by the number of recorded hours and apply specifically to this project within the United States. If your application is accepted for a different Babel Audio project, the compensation rate may vary.
