Babel Audio è alla ricerca di doppiatori professionisti di lingua italiana (italiano standard / RAI) per un progetto di performance solista. Le tue interpretazioni saranno utilizzate per addestrare i sistemi di IA a comprendere ed esprimere meglio le emozioni umane. Si tratta di un lavoro interpretativo, incentrato sul personaggio, che richiede una vera abilità artistica, e abbiamo strutturato questa collaborazione in modo da riflettere questa caratteristica.

Riceverai un copione e un brief di scena, studierai il contesto emotivo e offrirai una performance fedele al personaggio e al momento. Le scene sono specifiche ed emotivamente ricche. Potresti interpretare ruoli come: - Una sposa, che saluta la sua famiglia il giorno del matrimonio, sopraffatta dalle emozioni - Un padre, che tiene in braccio il suo neonato per la prima volta, sopraffatto dalle emozioni - Un pastore, che avvistando un lupo in lontananza, si mette all'erta per proteggere il suo gregge - Un medico, che con il cuore pesante, comunica alla famiglia la notizia della morte di un paziente - Un corridore, che dopo anni di allenamento, si avvicina al traguardo pieno di emozione

Le registrazioni durano meno di un minuto. Sei tu a scegliere quali script accettare e lavori interamente secondo i tuoi tempi.

Chi sei - Fluenza a livello madrelingua in italiano standard / RAI - Esperienza professionale nel doppiaggio, narrazione, registrazione di audiolibri o simili - Capace di offrire performance vocali espressive e coinvolgenti in una varietà di stili ed emozioni - A tuo agio nell'interpretare un brief di scena e nel lavorare in modo indipendente con minima direzione

Compenso - ~€90 per ora registrata (Italia) · $150 per ora registrata (USA) - Potrebbero essere disponibili incentivi aggiuntivi basati sulle performance

Requisiti tecnici - Qualità vocale chiara e costante - Microfono esterno: preferibilmente USB (oppure XLR; non sono ammessi microfoni integrati, wireless/radiomicrofoni o Bluetooth) - Setup di registrazione: computer obbligatorio (no dispositivi mobili o smartphone) - Ambiente: spazio silenzioso, privo di rumori di fondo, trattato acusticamente o insonorizzato (senza eco evidente) - Connessione internet: connessione stabile per registrazioni di alta qualità - Filtro anti-pop o cuffia antivento in spugna: vivamente consigliato

About the Role

Babel Audio is seeking professional Italian-speaking voice actors (Standard Italian / RAI Italian) for a solo performance project. Your performances will be used to train AI systems to better understand and express human emotion. This is interpretive, character-driven work that requires genuine craft, and we have structured this engagement to reflect that.

You will receive a script and scene brief, study the emotional context, and deliver a performance that is true to the character and moment. The scenes are specific and emotionally rich. You might perform as: - A bride, bidding farewell to her family on her wedding day, overwhelmed with emotion (Una sposa, che saluta la sua famiglia il giorno del matrimonio, sopraffatta dalle emozioni) - A father, holding his newborn child for the first time, overcome with emotion (Un padre, che tiene in braccio il suo neonato per la prima volta, sopraffatto dalle emozioni) - A shepherd, spotting a wolf in the distance, becoming alert to protect his herd (Un pastore, che avvistando un lupo in lontananza, si mette all'erta per proteggere il suo gregge) - A doctor, with a heavy heart, delivering the news of a patient's passing to their family (Un medico, che con il cuore pesante, comunica alla famiglia la notizia della morte di un paziente) - A runner, after years of training, nearing the finish line and filled with emotion (Un corridore, che dopo anni di allenamento, si avvicina al traguardo pieno di emozione)

Recordings are under one minute. You select which scripts to take on, and you work entirely on your own schedule.

Who You Are - Native-level fluency in Standard Italian / RAI Italian (country of residence is not a requirement) - Professional background in voice acting, dubbing, narration, audiobook recording, or similar - Able to deliver expressive and engaging vocal performances across a variety of styles and emotions - Comfortable interpreting a scene brief and working independently with minimal direction

Compensation - ~€90 per recorded hour (Italy) · $150 per recorded hour (USA) - Additional performance-based incentives may be available

Technical Requirements - Clear and consistent voice quality - External microphone: USB preferred (or XLR; but no built-in, wireless/HF, or Bluetooth microphones) - Recording setup: Computer required (no mobile devices or smartphones) - Environment: Quiet, no background noise, acoustically treated, or soundproof space (no noticeable echo) - Internet connection: Stable connection for high-quality recording - Pop filter or foam windscreen: Strongly recommended
