Contract and pay

• $70 to $105/hr , paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.

• Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.

• Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.

• No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers.

• Independent contractor. Ongoing project work rather than single task batches.

Responsibilities - Author realistic rehab scenarios from evaluation through progression and discharge - Write reference answers with the clinical reasoning behind each progression decision - Grade model output for safety, contraindications, and evidence based practice - Flag exercise advice that reads well but would harm a real patient

Required qualifications - DPT or equivalent PT degree with an active, unencumbered US PT license - 2+ years of clinical practice - Depth in orthopedic, neurologic, or acute care rehabilitation - Clear written English for documenting clinical reasoning - Able to commit at least 10 hours per week

Preferred qualifications - Board specialty certification (OCS, NCS, SCS) - Sports, vestibular, or pelvic health specialization - Residency or fellowship training, or clinical instruction experience
