Contract and pay

• $70 to $105/hr , paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.

• Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.

• Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.

• No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers.

• Independent contractor. Ongoing project work rather than single task batches.

Responsibilities - Author realistic OT scenarios across daily living skills, cognition, and adaptive strategies - Write reference answers with the functional reasoning behind each recommendation - Grade model output for safety, practicality, and client centered fit - Flag recommendations that read well but fail in a real home or clinic

Required qualifications - OTR/L with NBCOT certification and an active, unencumbered US license - 2+ years of clinical practice - Depth in daily living assessment, adaptive equipment, and functional goal setting - Clear written English for documenting clinical reasoning - Able to commit at least 10 hours per week

Preferred qualifications - Pediatric, hand therapy (CHT), or home health specialization - Cognitive or neuro rehabilitation experience - Fieldwork education or clinical instruction experience
