Contract and pay

• $60 to $90/hr , paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.

• Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.

• Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.

• No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers.

• Independent contractor. Ongoing project work rather than single task batches.

Responsibilities - Author realistic respiratory care scenarios from assessment through intervention - Write reference answers with the clinical reasoning behind each setting change - Grade model output for physiologic accuracy and patient safety - Flag vent settings and airway advice that read right but would harm the patient

Required qualifications - RRT credential from the NBRC with an active, unencumbered state license - 2+ years of acute care experience as a respiratory therapist - Depth in ventilator management, blood gas interpretation, and airway care - Clear written English for documenting clinical reasoning - Able to commit at least 10 hours per week

Preferred qualifications - ICU, NICU, or ED experience - ACCS, NPS, or RPFT specialty credential - Preceptor or clinical education experience
